	Appartements Augusto and Canova
You have never been in Rome? Nevertheless you heard with security already once of these well known streets and places: Spanish stairs, Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona, via del Corso... Don't you even want to live exactly at the place, from each Rome connoisseur and lover dreams? In via del Corso, the center of the historical centre and at the same time the heart of the current, the alive, the old and the young Rome? Where you can all the day long and also in the evening feel the special flair of the old buildings as well as enjoing the modern Roman life. And in addition you would like a retreat possibility, where the excitement of the "Vita Romana" cannot pursue you “and rob you your night sleep"? Then you should chose for your stay in Rome one of these two dwellings: They lie on the 3rd floor (completely comfortable with elevator) of an old Palazzo (town house) directly to via del Corso, only approx. 100m from the Piazza del Popolo. Windows and balconies of the dwelling go however not on via del Corso, but lie to the back, because the dwellings are in the rear part of the building, therefore one hears nothing of the life on the street. Of the motor traffic the dwellings are anyway spared , because via del Corso with its side streets belongs to the traffic-reduced zone on which one can drive only with special permission and also only at certain short times. Who gladly undertakes a shopping stroll is here at the right place: in whole via del Corso and its side streets one finds shops and boutiques of every kind and for every budget. Also for the physical enjoyments is cared very well, it begins by the profane morning vegetable - and fish market up to delicious pizzerias and restaurants. The two dwellings Augusto and Canova were originally a only one immense dwelling. One enters into both over a common entrance area, from which the two completely separated and final dwellings go off. If one likes to rent both dwellings with a bigger group, one can also leave the two entrance doors open and has then only one big dwelling. Augusto The dwelling Augusto has an immense living and dining-room with double sleep couch, a small balcony about the whole length that extends until before the adjacent bedroom. 3 double bedrooms, 3 baths (one with tub and two with shower) and spacious eating kitchen with gas stove, toaster, microwave and fridge. All rooms are airy and bright by high covers and large windows, a bedroom has, just like the large living room, exit on the balcony, and were arranged by the owner - an architect - after his individual taste in an individual combination of antiques and modern elements. Old mirrors with antique gold frames and partially real antique furniture contrast with real modern paintings, the baths have current standard and comfort. There are also a Washing machine, TV, radio, hair dryer and iron. The dwelling is heatable by a central gas heating. A mobile Internet connection can be made available on inquiry and against reimbursement of costs. Apartment for up to 6 people Canova Very cosily and intimate - and although roomy - is the small dwelling Canova: it disposes of a big living/sleep room with two big windows: Double bed, double sleep couch and dining area, a small kitchen with 2 electric plates, fridge, microwave and toaster, as well as a bath with shower cabin, washer and hairdrier. Tv is just as available as an iron, a mobile Internet connection can be made available like in the apartment augusto. Apartment for 2 + 2 poeple If one connects the two dwellings, groups of up to 10 persons can, comfortably and with still much place, find lodging. Full view
