The house is on the 1st floor (with lift) of an old Palazzo Condominiale (town-house). Because the house in situated in a corner of the town-house, it's very bright and offers view on via Capo D'Africa and via Celimontana. The spacious house consists of a spacious living room with dining table and chairs as well as 2 sofas which can be also used as additional beds; 2 bedrooms, the first with double bed, the second is smaller with 2 single beds which can be also put together to a double bed; a small kitchen with washer, before the kitchen there are the dining area; a bath, with shower and hairdrier.
