It is situated at the Piazza Ottavilla just a few meters from the vast park Villa Pamphili in the heart of one of the best-known and most famous residential areas of Rome, Monteverde Vecchio. In the immediate vicinity you can find all the comforts: nice bars, pizzerias and restaurants, and also shops of every descripton. So you can go shopping near to your flat, but you also reach the centre of Rome easily by bus in a few minutes; the bus stop of bus 44 is just in front of the house. You arrive at Trastevere with its famous narrow lanes and impressive places and also at the Piazza Venezia- Via del Corso, Piazza Navona ecc. You can also easily reach the Vatican City.
The flat is located on the ground floor of a small town house (palazzo condominiale) built in the beginning of the last century. The flat is cool in summertime because of its large walls, you don’t need any air conditioning. The flat offers a nice garden/terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs, surrounded by trees and flowers, where you can enjoy warm summer days and also the evenings.
